NUX Dealer Meeting 2025: Celebrating Innovation, Music & Partnerships!

The NUX Dealer Meeting 2025 took place on 24 March 2025 at Hard Rock Hotel, Penang, bringing together NUX dealers, business partners, endorsers and music industry professionals from across Malaysia.

Organised by LBS Music World, the official NUX distributor in Malaysia, the gathering provided an opportunity to explore the latest NUX products, exchange industry knowledge and strengthen relationships within the dealer network.

The programme featured product presentations, live demonstrations by Moses Chuah and Az Samad, dealer recognition, networking activities and an evening jam session at Hard Rock Cafe.

Welcoming the NUX Dealer Community

The gathering began with guest registration at 11:30 AM, followed by a welcome lunch at 12 PM.

The relaxed lunch session provided an opportunity for dealers and industry partners to reconnect, meet fellow music professionals and enjoy conversations before the formal meeting programme.

With representatives from different parts of Malaysia attending, the event encouraged stronger relationships and closer communication within the NUX dealer community.

Beyond business discussions, the gathering celebrated the shared passion for music and the partnerships that continue to support NUX in Malaysia.

The main dealer meeting began at 1:30 PM, featuring product presentations and sharing sessions focused on the latest NUX musical equipment.

Dealers were introduced to various NUX products through detailed presentations covering their specifications, features and practical applications.

The sessions provided valuable opportunities to better understand the technologies behind NUX instruments and audio equipment.

Product knowledge plays an important role in helping dealers introduce suitable equipment to musicians with different playing styles, experience levels and needs.

Moses Chuah Showcases the NUX NPK-20 Digital Piano

One of the highlights of the event was a special performance by Moses Chuah, an experienced Malaysian pianist and NUX keyboard artist.

Performing on the NUX NPK-20 Portable Digital Piano, Moses demonstrated the instrument's expressive sound and musical versatility.

His performance allowed attendees to experience the NPK-20 in a live musical setting and appreciate how digital piano technology can support musical expression.

The demonstration highlighted the possibilities of modern digital instruments for practice, live performance and creative music-making.

Acoustic Guitar Performance by Az Samad

The event also featured Az Samad, a Malaysian guitarist known for his creative approach to acoustic guitar playing.

Az demonstrated the NUX AC-60 and AC-80 Acoustic Guitar Amplifiers, showcasing their sound-shaping features and performance capabilities.

His demonstration explored the application of acoustic amplification, including tonal adjustments, built-in effects and practical performance settings.

The session provided an opportunity for dealers to hear the amplifiers in action and better understand their versatility for different acoustic playing styles.

Recognising Our Valued NUX Dealers

Another meaningful part of the gathering was the dealer awards and appreciation ceremony.

Following the afternoon programme, guests had free time from 5 PM before gathering again for the evening activities.

The evening continued with a networking dinner at 7:00 PM at Hard Rock Cafe, bringing together dealers, industry partners and NUX endorsers.

Following dinner, guests enjoyed a live jam session, with dealers and musicians taking the stage to perform together.

The jam session brought a lively and enjoyable conclusion to the day, celebrating the creativity, friendship and musical passion shared by everyone.

For guests who stayed overnight, the event itinerary also included breakfast and hotel checkout on 25 March 2025.
