Mighty Plug is a handy silent-play gear for both guitarists and bassists, featuring a wide range of effects, amp modeling, and Impulse Response (IR) cabinet models. With built-in acoustic IR models and acoustic amps, you can even use a regular electric guitar to simulate an acoustic guitar tone. It also includes embedded drum patterns, letting you jam along with your favourite music styles anytime.  

To remotely control Mighty Plug via Bluetooth on a smartphone or tablet, please install the MightyAmp app.  

TSAC-HD White-Box Amp Modeling Algorithm  

Firmware V2 upgrades the amp modeling engine with the TSAC-HD White-Box algorithm. Unlike simplified digital modeling, the white-box approach reproduces real negative feedback behavior, capturing tone response increment-by-increment. This delivers the natural dynamics and realistic feel most guitarists expect from a real tube amplifier.  

7 Presets with QR Code Patch Sharing  

Mighty Plug includes 7 onboard presets and supports QR Code Patch Sharing, allowing you to quickly share and load tones with other users.  

For dynamic-based Pre-EFX (Drive / Comp), this makes the circuits feel more responsive and lively — with more realistic drive and compression behaviour.  

IR (Impulse Response Cab Simulation)  

Impulse Responses are one of the most popular ways to achieve realistic cabinet simulation today. Compared to traditional cab simulations, IR sounds noticeably more natural and detailed.  Mighty Plug offers several Acoustic IRs specifically optimized for magnetic pickups, enabling electric guitars to simulate acoustic guitar tones more convincingly.  

Bluetooth Mode  

Mighty Plug offers two Bluetooth connection modes:  

AUDIO Mode – Playback music only (for jam-along)  

APP Mode – Control effects, customize presets, and store patches (music playback still supported)  

AUDIO Mode is useful when connecting to devices where you cannot install the MightyAmp application.  

MightyAmp Mobile App  

Mighty Plug’s Bluetooth is not only for audio playback — it also enables full remote editing via the MightyAmp mobile app.

Auto power-off protection:  If no headphones are connected for 2 minutes, it turns off
